Marble Bar Projects
The Marble Bar Projects are located 10-20km North-East of the Marble Bar Township and surround Global Lithium’s Archer Deposit (hosting 10.5Mt @ 1.0% Li2O).
MinRex owns 100% of all battery metal rights over tenement applications E45/5871 (Sisters), E45/5873 (Moolyella) and E45/5869 (Garden Creek).
The Projects host the same greenstone belt and pegmatite as the Archer Lithium Deposit, with over 60,000m of drilling currently underway as close as 400m west of MinRex’s Project boundary.
Sisters is the highest priority for immediate exploration as it has 4.5km of abundant untested pegmatites in the northern portion of the tenement, with visible spodumene identified. Extensive tin mineralisation has also been confirmed from historical bulk sampling with Garden Creek hosting the Tin-Tantalum alluvial prospect. Little modern day exploration has been conducted across all project areas.
Reconnaissance RC drilling over outcropping spodumene bearing pegmatites is planned to commence August-October 2022, supplemented by additional geological mapping and rock chip sampling.
